CTI is an industry leader
CTI founders were among the initial pioneers of the coaching profession. Over the last 20 years, CTI has trained over 35,000 Co-Active coaches worldwide and today trains more new coaches each year than any other training program. CTI wrote Co-Active Coaching, the most popular book on coaching (often used by other coach training programs too), now in its third edition. With 100,000 copies sold, it’s been published in more than ten languages worldwide. Seven Habits author Stephen Covey called it “the bible of coaching”.
The Co-Active Coaching method
The Co-Active Model is a tried-and-true approach that provides a powerful process for engaging with others and is supported by current scientific research. The program is built on the cornerstone that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole and that we all possess the capacity for knowing what is best for ourselves.
The Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, has linked the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research.
